With over 75 years of combined experience as chefs and restaurant owners, most recently at The Bistro on the Green and the Green Hills Inn, we fully understand the pressures, frustrations and time constraints you face daily. We have been in similar situations and for that very reason have vowed to not lose sight of those issues in developing Cheyney Seafood. We are committed to using all of our knowledge and experience to build a seafood business that puts the chef and his restaurant first.
Although somewhat difficult to define, our concern and commitment toward chefs and restaurants surfaces daily in our ability to communicate with you and understand your issues.
In addition to providing you with Certified Seafood and Astonishing Service we have established our Ask the Chef and Restaurants pages as services to assist you in building your business.
Ask the Chef is our attempt to offer assistance with seafood product issues, preparation and recipe recommendations as well as miscellaneous seafood knowledge. Call (717) 821-2353 and ask Chef Joe Church. Difficult questions will be handled immediately, impossible questions may require a little time!
The Restaurants page is our attempt to return your loyalty by offering you the opportunity to display your name, logo and location on our website with our endorsement. We want to put your name in lights. If you would like to be among the featured restaurants, please send us an e-mail with your logo and why you are a Cheyney Seafood fan.
We believe that unless you have experienced the pressures, frustrations and exaltation of the kitchen, it is difficult to truly provide all the small but significant services that chefs require.
