Designed to leave nothing to chance, this system uses multiple layers of assessment to overcome any human error.
Our Four Star Restaurant Quality system incorporates seven key steps.
- Quality Suppliers — we source only through government inspected and certified suppliers
- Quality Audits — products received from every supplier are subject to on-going quality assurance audits, including review of results with each supplier
- Quality Facility — we operate a fully government inspected and certified plant
- Quality Inspection — all products are inspected and temperature checked upon arrival at our plant
- Freshness Assurance — in an effort to offer the freshest product, we purchase daily and in small quantities
- Maximum Shelf Life — all fresh products are processed within 24 hours of arrival and in your hands within 48 hours
- Owner Quality Assurance — every fresh order is inspected by our owners prior to shipment
